Lately this has become my mantra! To stay focused ... not necessarily on the daily tasks, weekly projects, or monthly assignments ... but the BIG Picture!

My course isn't one race or one event ... it is where I want to be in five years. It is the picture that I have created of what my life will look like.
For me each day I continue to develop that picture one photo at a time ... what is the financial picture? where do I live? what does my office look like? What kind of car will I drive ... etc.

What are you focusing on ?? What does your course look like?

Before you vote .... think about this:

How to Stand Out in a Crowd?

So how do you choose? 

As I looked at all of these beautiful scarecrows, I needed to choose one.  How?  Which one will look the best on my porch?  Which one will provide me with the feeling of fall? Which one will make my neighbors smile? How do you make the right decision?

As a business owner who sometimes feels like these scarecrows, how can I make myself stand out in the crowd?  How can I show those who walk buy that I am the RIGHT one for their business?

Stand in front to grab attention first?  Stand in back so that I can wait to listen and improve upon the discussion?  By your actions, demonstrate what you do better?

What's your strategy?

Yes I admit ... I have MISSED this face!  I  know it has only been a couple of weeks, but still .....

I know that she is going through a lot of things that she doesn't like, enjoy or want to do .. but it is my hope that she sees the rainbow in the end! 

It is also my hope that she knows .. maybe unwilling to admit (at least now) that SHE CAN do this! 

And I will be there every step of the way to help ....
